Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision. The BT/ RBT will work one-on-one with children, carrying out individualized treatment plans and supporting a BCBA clinician.

Center-based positions with various schedules are available. Great compensation at $20/hr, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
