Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Stratford, NJ is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. The role emphasizes compassionate care, hands-on treatment, and adherence to individualized plans in our center-based program.

We offer strong compensation, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, 8 holidays plus 16 PTO days, weekly pay, and a 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands may include standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children per individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with program implementation and progress tracking.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
