Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children under a BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans, supporting their progress in a center-based setting.

Minimum HS Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience. Competitive pay at $20/hr, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
