Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will work one-on-one with children according to each treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical capability for long periods of standing, bending, and interactive work with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education
