Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. Hourly pay ranges from $21 to $25.

The role involves helping clients with social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A high school diploma is required, with opportunities for growth and benefits available depending

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, behavioral science, human development, or related field is required or one year experience with children.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
