Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-one-one children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities include helping children develop social and communication skills, documenting progress, and following plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Morning, afternoon, and evening hours available; mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or minimum one year experience with children in related roles.
