Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related behavioral health needs.

You will support social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Competitive pay, benefits, and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Experience working with children in relevant roles is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Help children develop social and communication skills and address behavioral challenges.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
