Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. Pomona, CA-based role with hourly pay options.

You will support social/communication skills, document milestones, and follow behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Flexible hours and comprehensive Maxim benefits may apply.

• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
