Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience working with correctional clients or similar populations.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment for residents.
• Monitor resident activities, behavior, and whereabouts.
• Build professional relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Conduct routine facility and safety checks.
• Assist with resident accountability measures, including chores and program activities.
• Support meal preparation and household responsibilities to build independent living skills.
• Encourage responsibility, initiative, and positive decision-making.
