Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individualized (1:1) support schedules for students with behavioral needs.
• Conduct scheduled interventions and maintain weekly progress notes.
• Present updates to the Behavior Team to support data-informed decisions.
• Provide baseline behavior assessments through observational recordings.
• Utilize training techniques from a library of options.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior triggers and intervention effectiveness.
• Recommend design changes for training programs.
