Job summary

The Office of State Human Resources, through the NC Temporary Solutions program, seeks a Behavioral Programming Technician (S) for a 2nd shift role at 301 Ashe Avenue, Raleigh. The position is temporary with no leave or retirement benefits, 3:00 pm -11:00 pm, Fri 11 am - 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mental health or child development with practicum and one year of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED with three years of instructional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individualized 1:1 support schedules for students with behavioral challenges.
• Conduct interventions and maintain weekly progress notes for data-driven decisions.
• Provide baseline behavior assessments using observational recordings in multiple settings.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior and intervention effectiveness.
