Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Concord, NC is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This full-time role supports clients in recovery programs, supervises treatment engagement, and helps with daily living needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification, with prior behavioral health experience preferred. Salary is $16/hour with full-time benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes and support new admissions into the program.
• Supervise and interact with clients in treatment to promote safety and engagement.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Accurately maintain client records and required documentation.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring client activities.
• Provide safe and timely client transportation as needed.
• Support clients in following treatment plan objectives and addressing individualized needs.
• Respond appropriately to client behavioral or emotional crises, including crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; assist with basic housekeeping tasks.
• Provide assistance with client dietary needs and mealtimes.
• Uphold therapeutic boundaries and maintain professional ethics at all times.
• Complete all required trainings and participate in staff development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
