Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Support Professional to join our Marlton, NJ team. The role conducts observations and Functional Behavioral Assessments to inform a Behavior Support Plan, collaborating with the person, family, and team to support positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of BSP experience, and can train others. 2nd shift, 2-8pm, Tue–Fri, no weekends, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
2+ years creating and implementing Behavior Support Plans under supervision.
Ability to train and mentor others.
Experience with adults with IDD or mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the person, their family and team in the development and maintenance of the Behavior Support Plan (BSP).
Trains and mentors the support team on how to implement plans.
Completes documentation including data collection, progress reporting, and BSP development/revision.
Provides timely documentation per policy, including data collection and progress reporting.
