  • Ability to collect, record, and interpret behavior data to develop plans.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with teachers to understand the context of disabilities in relation to classroom behaviors and learning needs.
  • Review IEP/IFSP and communicate methods to facilitate learning.
  • Provide temporary one-on-one support for children with special needs.
  • Develop positive relationships with students and promote self-help skills.
  • Monitor and document progress and maintain comprehensive files.
  • Assist in staff and parent trainings.
