Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for BA I-II, bachelor's degree for BA III.
• Experience in school or treatment settings with students needing learning, social, emotional, or behavioral support.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Pro-ACT, CPI intervention training and CPR certifications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support educational plans and implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide instructional support tailored to individual student needs.
• Attend to student supervision during class breaks, meals, transportation, and bathroom use.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, incidents and learning objectives.
• Respond to emergencies using Pro-ACT or CPI methods.
• Substitute as needed to ensure continuity of instruction.
