Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level Student Analyst to join the Rising Stars program as an ABA Student Analyst. This center-based role supports early intervention therapy for children with autism, under BCBA supervision and data-driven treatment plans.

The position emphasizes hands-on clinical exposure, data collection, and weekly study modules with opportunities to progress toward BCBA certification, plus structured leadership tracks and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program related to ABA or behavior analysis.
• Proof of enrollment and 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping minds of children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months.
