Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a motivated student analyst (Master''s level) to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and collaborate with a team dedicated to compassionate care.

The Rising Stars program offers no-cost supervision hours, a clear career pathway to BCBA, and tuition support, with 32–40 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst must have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
