Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision as part of a structured Rising Stars program.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000)
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA and team to live ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
