Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst at the Master’s level to join our Rising Stars program. The role focuses on early intervention for children with autism, data-driven treatment plans, and BCBA-guided supervision in a center-based setting.

The position supports ongoing professional growth, with a clear path to becoming a BCBA and competitive clinical training, supervision hours, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master's program.
• Proof of enrollment required.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape development for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and care team.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
