Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program in a center-based setting. You will provide early intervention therapy to children and track progress with data-driven treatment plans under supervision.

This role supports a pathway toward BCBA certification, with guaranteed hours and potential wage progression. On-site roles include extensive training and benefits designed for students advancing in ABA.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
