Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a Master's Level ABA Student Analyst to join the Rising Stars program and provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You’ll collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and grow clinically under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited applicable masters program
• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and team aligned to ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
