Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Texas is seeking a Master’s level ABA Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. This role supports early intervention services for children with autism and provides supervision hours toward BCBA certification.

You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision. Eligible BT/RBT with supervision hours are encouraged to apply; we offer continuing education, bonuses, and clear career growth paths.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst must be enrolled in an accredited master's program and have completed 85% of fieldwork hours.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and team to uphold ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
