MyPath is hiring a Behavioral Service Specialist to monitor and support clients with complex behavioral challenges in residential settings. You will work with direct support staff, provide interventions, and coordinate with the Behavioral Services team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills; highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responds urgently to behavioral events and supports staff during interventions.
• Investigates incidents, documents findings, and communicates recommendations to leadership.
• Mentors direct support staff through on-the-floor training and trainings.
• Assists in preparing root-cause analyses for incidents.
• May participate in reporting to internal/external stakeholders and update Behavioral Support Plans.
• Recommends training programs and supports proper use of behavioral interventions.
