Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coach to provide on-site in-home and community-based direct support for clients up to age 21. You will collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to implement therapeutic strategies, conduct assessments, and monitor progress.

The role emphasizes pro-social skills development, safety planning, and adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards. Travel across the local region and occasional on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in human services or related field.
• One or more years’ experience as a TBS Coach or a related role preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Proof of valid California Driver License in good standing, proof of automobile insurance, and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site in-home and community-based direct support to clients up to age 21.
• Teach pro-social skills and facilitate family/community engagement.
• Complete TBS assessments and Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA).
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential records.
• Travel to client sites within assigned region; transport when needed.
