Job summary

AIM Services Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to work with individuals and teams to maximize independence and quality of life.

You will identify triages, manage behavioral health problems, and develop targeted behavioral plans and protocols. The role requires a Master's degree and BCBA certification, with experience in assessment, writing, and supervising behavior support plans, plus knowledge of SCIP-R and OPWDD rules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Five years writing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral support plans.
• Knowledge of SCIP-R and OPWDD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or perform Functional Behavior Assessments that align with regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate person-specific behavior programs with active treatment.
• Train Direct Support Professionals on the implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
• Maintain assessments and write reports to reflect progress.
