MyPath is hiring a Behavioral Service Specialist to monitor and support clients with complex behavioral challenges in residential settings. You will travel within the Milwaukee region to meet with DSPs, caregivers, and clients as needed, providing training and crisis intervention support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Behavioral Services Coordinator and Director of Behavioral Services, with opportunities to contribute to training programs and improve client outcomes while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in human services with behavioral support needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible with shifts and ability to respond urgently to situations.

Responsabilités

• Respond to behavioral events urgently and guide staff and clients.
• Investigate incidents and report findings with recommendations.
• Mentor staff through on-the-floor training.
• Prepare root cause analyses and update Behavioral Support Plans.
