Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead clinical operations in Wisconsin. You will supervise Behavior Treatment Therapists and RBTs, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor client progress and outcomes while maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in human behavior or related field, a BCBA license, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience. You will support program development and collaborate with leadership to expand services.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in human behavior, psychology, behavior analysis, or special education
• Hold a valid BCBA license
• 3–5 years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst for Wisconsin
• 3–5 years of administrative/supervisory experience across settings

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Behavior Treatment Therapists and Technicians
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Develop and deliver staff training with the Executive Director and team
• Oversee referrals and assessments; review clinic documentation for compliance
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and professional standards; monitor client progress and outcomes
