Job summary

Humanim seeks a Behavior Support Services Community Support Manager (Case Manager) to coordinate behavioral services for individuals through Maryland’s DDA. You’ll act as the main liaison among individuals served, families, CCSs, behavior technicians, clinicians, and DDA staff to ensure quality service, proper documentation, and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in case management, developmental disabilities services, behavioral support services, or related field.
• Experience with Maryland DDA programs, LTSS Maryland, and provider billing systems preferred.
• Experience maintaining compliant billing practices and documentation processes.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
