Job summary

COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR AUTISTIC ADULTS & CHI in Montgomery Village, MD, seeks a full-time Manager of Behavioral Supports to oversee clinical coordination and supervision of ABA services for individuals with ASD/IDD.

The role leads staff, ensures person-centered, evidence-based interventions, and maintains compliance with COMAR, Maryland DDA, and CARF/COA standards while supporting program development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification preferred; LBA in Maryland is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years providing behavioral services to individuals with ASD/IDD, plus 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in DDA-regulated programs or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and staff with evaluations.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training initiatives, including PBS and crisis prevention.
• Promote adherence to BACB ethical standards and foster accountability and learning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to integrate supports.
• Participate in PCP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Oversee behavioral data collection, analyze trends, and inform interventions.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes and reports.
• Maintain compliance with COMAR, Maryland DDA, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Assist the Director with program planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
