Community Services For Autistic Adults & Chi is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Supports in Montgomery Village, MD. The role leads clinical coordination, supervision, and delivery of behavioral services for individuals with ASD and IDD, ensuring person-centered, evidence-based interventions and compliance with COMAR, Maryland DDA, and CARF/COA standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification (preferred).
• LBA licensing in Maryland (required).
• 5–7 years of experience providing behavioral services to individuals with ASD/IDD.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of COMAR, Maryland DDA regulations, and accreditation standards (CARF/COA).
• Proficiency with EHR systems, behavioral data systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and behavioral support staff, including evaluations and competency assessments.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training initiatives (PBS, BPST, crisis prevention, trauma-informed care).
• Promote adherence to BACB ethical standards and foster accountability and professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to integrate behavioral supports and continuity of care.
• Participate in PCP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Oversee behavioral data collection, analyze trends, and inform clinical decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with COMAR, Maryland DDA, HIPAA, OSHA; support audits and licensing reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and root cause analyses.
• Assist the Director with program planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
