Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology with coursework in behavior modification or closely related field.
• Experience applying behavior modification principles in developmental settings is preferred.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and report behavioral data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support habilitation plans and collect behavioral data for residents.
• Evaluate adaptive, social, and developmental behaviors under supervision.
• Develop, implement, train, and monitor behavior intervention programs.
