Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Behavior Specialist to provide specialized behavioral support across residential settings. You will develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans under a licensed supervisor and train Care Team staff to ensure plans are followed.

You will monitor progress, analyze data, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Formación

• Must complete the specified degree within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans under supervisor guidance.
• Train staff to implement the BSP and intervene during challenging behavior.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention plans as needed.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field

Master’s degree preferred
