Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. seeks a Coordinator of Behavior Services – Adult Services to oversee implementation of individualized behavior support plans across day habilitation, residential, and behavioral services.

You will train staff, supervise specialists, and ensure plan fidelity with adherence to CARF, MassHealth, and DDS standards. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, analyze behavioral data, conduct FBAs, and participate in intake and ISPs to support positive behavioral change

Qualifications

• Experience designing BSPs based on functional assessments.
• Experience conducting FBAs and functional analyses.
• Ability to collect and report behavioral data.
• Providing staff training in ABA principles.
• Ensure policy compliance with CARF, MassHealth, DDS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on functional assessments and best practices in ABA, PBS, and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), functional analyses, and use assessment tools to inform interventions.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of behavioral data, including ABC data, incident reports, and treatment outcomes.
• Deliver training and coaching to staff and team members on ABA principles, BSP implementation, crisis prevention techniques, and data collection methodologies.
• Work with program staff and leadership to create a cohesive behavioral support system.
• Maintain ongoing assessment of policies and procedures with emphasis on health and safety; assist with corrective actions.
• Attend ISPs and treatment team reviews to present data and determine placement and case assignments.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of Behavior Specialists and supervise staff; ensure oversight and development.
• Provide on-call and in-person crisis support, including de-escalation and, when necessary, physical interventions.
