La Clinica de Familia is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and therapy at Las Cruces High School. You will work with individuals, families, and groups and collaborate with schools and community partners to support patient care.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field and NM licensure (LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/LPCC/LMFT). This exempt position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Summary:

Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups; coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care, ; assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program.
