Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a Specialized Instructional Facilitator - Behavior (SIF-B) to support teachers in applying evidence-based behavioral strategies within the classroom. The role emphasizes collaboration with administrators, school-based staff and families to implement data-driven interventions, conduct trainings, and develop FBAs and BIPs to promote positive student outcomes.

This is an exempt, 11-month position with a Bachelor's degree requirement and three years in ABA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis in clinical or public education setting.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst license required; Virginia LBA eligibility required; teaching license in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials, training and provide resources for administrators, educators and parents in applied behavior analysis or related methodologies.
• Assist and consult with administrators and teachers in data collection, fidelity checks and intervention matching.
• Provide classroom demonstrations, one-on-one and group support, and professional development sessions for teachers.
