Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based instructional methodologies and behavior support.
• Eligible for Virginia teaching license with SPED endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials, trainings, and resources for behavior support and PBIS.
• Consult with administrators and teachers on data collection and intervention matching.
• Provide school-based demonstrations, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate to develop FBA and BIP to support students’ needs.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and support IEP goals.
