• Provides leadership to unit staff on programming and interventions.
• De-escalates crises and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Coordinates with families, physicians, and other health disciplines regarding patient needs.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed; specimen collection, hygiene, activities of daily living.
