Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Driver to join the Spark CSS (Clinical Stabilization Services) team. This full-time position offers safe transportation for individuals served and requires a valid license with a clean driving record.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per BHN policy.
• Two years of sobriety preferred when applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, dependable transportation for individuals served by BHN.
• Operate vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and BHN policies.
• Transport individuals to healthcare appointments and next level of care as scheduled.
• Coordinate trips with Office Manager or program leader; maintain timely pickups/drop-offs.
• Protect confidentiality and personal information of all individuals served.
• Maintain vehicle condition; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Complete transportation logs and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with individuals served and staff; participate in required trainings.
