Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to support transportation and clinical supervision for clients. The role emphasizes safe transport, on-floor observations, and assisting with admissions and documentation in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to foster recovery, adhere to safety standards, and participate in ongoing staff development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to pursue CRS.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs as needed.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from doctor appointments, meetings and activities.
• Ensure all clients are accounted for at all times.
• Observe client behaviors and provide supervision during transport.
• Enter client information into EMR and complete admissions paperwork.
• Promote a healthy recovery environment and assist with daily tasks.
• Adhere to safety standards and report incidents promptly.
• Assist in monitoring therapeutic activities and support recovery.
