Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Massachusetts is seeking a Driver to support the Spark CSS team, providing safe and reliable transportation for individuals served by Substance Use Services.

You will operate BHN vehicles, follow traffic laws, and coordinate trips with program leaders to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining client confidentiality and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Six months of driving experience or more.
• Commitment to confidentiality and privacy of individuals served.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse populations.
• Ability to remain calm in high-demand situations.
• Attention to detail and reliable documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, dependable transportation for BHN clients in Substance Use Services.
• Operate vehicles safely and follow BHN policies and traffic laws.
• Transport clients to healthcare appointments and treatment programs as scheduled.
• Coordinate trips with the Office Manager to ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs.
• Protect client confidentiality and personal information at all times.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and program documentation.
