Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients to and from the facility and to assist on the floor with behavioral health activities. The role emphasizes safety, compassion, and adherence to clinical directions in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include observing client behavior, recording conditions, and guiding clients through therapeutic activities while maintaining professional boundaries and data accuracy in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CRS certification or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from the facility.
• Observe client behaviors and document conditions.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Supervise clients during transport and in the facility.
• Follow directions from Clinical Director and BHT Supervisor.
• Complete admissions paperwork and input client data (EMR).
• Maintain safety standards and proper boundaries with clients.
• Report accidents or safety concerns promptly.
