BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients and support clinical supervision within a structured treatment environment. You will assist with on-site duties, document client observations, and help coordinate therapeutic activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to pursue.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Growth mindset and professional conduct emphasized.
• Maintains client confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from the facility safely and on time.
• Observe client behaviors and document observations.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Follow directions from Clinical Director and BHT Supervisor.
• Perform admissions paperwork and enter client information into EMR.
• Ensure safety: seatbelts, reporting accidents, and CPR if needed.
• Provide recovery support and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
• Work with the team to support continuity of care.
