BriteLife Recovery seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients to and from the facility and assist on the floor with supervision and care. The role requires following clinical directions and providing compassionate support during transport and activities.

The position emphasizes safety, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with the Clinical Director and BHT Supervisor to ensure high-quality care for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Driver's license required.
• CRS certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Growth mindset and professional conduct.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to complete annual education requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Transport clients to and from the facility.
• Observe client behaviors and document in EMR.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Supervise clients during transport and ensure safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and traffic laws.
• Complete admissions paperwork and process.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Provide recovery-support and collaborate with the team.
