Crestwood is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer to develop, implement, and evaluate orientation and educational programs across departments within the facility. The role requires coordinating diverse teams and maintaining high standards of instruction and training.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and demonstrate supervisory abilities, with training certifications such as Pro-ACT being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year planning, implementing, evaluating educational programs in healthcare and supervising others.
• Knowledge of training best practices and instructional design.
• Pro-ACT certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

• Uphold high standards of instruction and training for all employees.
• Coordinate with Corporate Learning and Performance to ensure certification compliance.
