The role involves delivering curricula, using Zoom or similar tools, coordinating with staff, and handling AV equipment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, strong public speaking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Adult Education, or related field.
• Experience in public speaking, group facilitation or adult education required; comfortable presenting via Zoom.
• Experience in intellectual disabilities/behavioral health preferred.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to apply diversity/equity/inclusion to training content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff training presentations for adults in classroom settings.
• Facilitate activities, skill sessions, and discussions; provide coaching and feedback.
• Handle all AV equipment and assist speakers with setup.
• Write articles for agency newsletter; assist with training calendars and committee work.
• Assist with tracking staff attendance and scheduling training.
