Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and oversee staff training for PA Adult Services in Berwyn, PA. You will support learners, track compliance, and collaborate with leadership to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will have HR/training education and at least 1 year of training experience in human services or healthcare. First Aid/CPR certifications are preferred. Location: Berwyn, PA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR, training & development, education or related field required.
• 1+ year of staff training/development experience, preferably in human services or healthcare.
• Instructor certifications in First Aid, CPR, Crisis Prevention/Intervention, New Directions, QPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing training programs to improve staff performance and skills.
• Provide learning and training support for new and current staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure staff meet training requirements.
• Track staff training to ensure organizational and regulatory compliance.
• Provide consultation and support to program directors and supervisors on staff training.
