Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health PA is seeking a Training Specialist to design and implement training programs for adult services staff in Berwyn, PA. You will support onboarding, ongoing staff development, and ensure training meets regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of staff training and development experience.
• Instructor certifications in First Aid, CPR, Crisis Prevention/Intervention, New Directions, QPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing training programs to improve staff performance and skills.
• Provide learning and training support for new and current staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors and key personnel to meet training requirements.
• Track staff training to ensure regulatory and licensing compliance.
• Provide consultation and support to program directors and supervisors on staff training.
