Job summary

PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. is seeking a supervisor for its Residential Treatment program in Philadelphia. The role oversees the treatment site, supports staff through supervision, and ensures compliance with policy and safety procedures to promote resident well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Behavioral Health, 3+ years' experience with behavioral health populations, and licensure goals (LSW/LCSW preferred). Driver’s license and vehicle are required for site mobility.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline, 3 years work experience with Behavioral Health population and a Preferred LSW, LCSW.
• At least three years' experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment for children, youth and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site.
• Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff, including Residential Treatment Assistants.
• Ensure staff vacancies are filled by interviewing and recommending selected candidates for hire to Human Resources. Complete site orientations for all new hires.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed before, during and after any physical intervention.
• Regularly observe and provide feedback to Residential Treatment Associates to ensure interactions align with treatment plans.
• Ensure community meetings and other meetings are held regularly.
• Ensure individuals gain access to psychiatric, medical, social, financial and other services.

Education
