Qualifications

• Experience in residential behavioral healthcare or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Maintain training records and competency evaluations.
• Manage enrollment, scheduling, and materials for trainings.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and company procedures.
