Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor for its Adult Services in Berwyn, PA. The ideal candidate has at least three years in human services with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's in Human Services, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of human service experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and daily operations of assigned residential facilities in PA.
• Ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health and safety needs.
• Comply with Devereux philosophy, procedures, codes, and regulatory requirements.
